BestAIBot.in is a unit of PrabuTech Innovations also mentioned as PTI anywhere on the website for reference (Registered MSME Udyam, India). By accessing our website or using our services you agree to these terms.
1) Services
We provide AI voice bots, WhatsApp bots, and chatbots, integrations and analytics. Specific deliverables, volumes, SLAs and pricing are defined in written proposals or order forms.
2) Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate data, scripts, and lawful use‑cases.
- Obtain end‑user consent where required under applicable laws.
- Pay platform/telephony/BSP fees charged by third parties unless otherwise stated.
3) Intellectual Property
We retain IP in our software, templates and know‑how. You retain rights to your data and brand assets. Mutual limited licences apply for performance of the services.
4) Confidentiality & Data
Both parties will protect confidential information. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and any signed DPA.
5) Warranties & Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
6) Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ notice or for breach. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data returned upon request.
7) Governing Law
Indian law applies. Venue: Bengaluru, Karnataka. Disputes may be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
